At Frame Architecture, giving back to our community has become one of our favorite holiday traditions. Every year, we look forward to finding ways to support local families and kids, and this season was no different. Continuing traditions we’ve built over the years, our team once again came together to contribute to two meaningful programs in Northern Nevada.
Adopting Families with The Children’s Cabinet
We’ve partnered with the Children’s Cabinet before, and this year we were excited to continue that tradition by adopting 10 local families for the holidays. With more families needing support than ever, we were grateful for the chance to step in again.
Just like in past years, we received each family’s wish lists, including names, ages and gift ideas. This always makes the experience personal and meaningful. Our team had a great time shopping, wrapping gifts, and making sure everything was labeled and ready to go. It’s something we look forward to each year because we know how much it matters to families in our community.
Keeping Our Tradition with the Reno Rodeo Foundation’s Denim Drive
Supporting the Reno Rodeo Foundation’s Denim Drive has also become a tradition for us. This December, our team once again spent an afternoon at Walmart picking out new jeans, warm jackets, and clothing essentials for children in foster care across Northern Nevada.
The Denim Drive has been making a difference for almost 20 years, providing comfort, dignity and support to abused, neglected and abandoned children across 14 counties. The need is always great, and being part of this effort, each year continues to be incredibly meaningful to our team.
Honoring Our Traditions, Supporting Our Community
Year after year, we’re reminded of how important it is to show up for our community, especially during the holiday season. Whether adopting families or contributing to the Denim Drive, these traditions reflect our commitment to giving back in ways that truly make an impact.
We share this in hopes of inspiring others to get involved and support the organizations that serve Northern Nevada. We’re grateful for the opportunity to contribute and look forward to carrying these traditions forward in the years ahead.
