Jeff Frame

Principal Architect , AIA, NCARB

Jeff has more than 32 years of architectural experience. He has worked on numerous public and private projects throughout the mountain west. Working directly with clients, Jeff is the catalyst for moving the project forward through the review and approval phases and into construction. Jeff’s attention to detail, program requirements, and his client’s budgets has allowed him to amass a portfolio of consistently successful projects throughout Nevada.

Roy Nelson

Senior Project Manager

Roy has been a project manager for multiple architectural companies since 2004. Roy has gained his experience renovating neighborhood strip malls, apartment complexes, warehousing, assisted living, commercial buildings, restaurants, and custom homes. He specializes in designing and planning, Multi-family, Commercial buildings, and custom home projects.

June Lee

Project Manager

June has been involved in all phases of projects. June has both interior design and architecture backgrounds that help her to have a full understanding of building structure and architectural design, and how it affects each decision made in the process. With her solid backgrounds and software skills, she delivers clear and detailed outcomes to clients.

Mathew Kelly

Project Coordinator

Mathew graduated from the University of Arizona’s College of Architecture, Planning and Landscape Architecture in 2024. He brings a fresh, contemporary perspective to each project and has since built hands‑on experience across a wide range of work, including resorts, educational facilities, sanctuaries, and office renovations. He supports the team with thoughtful design solutions and strong attention to detail throughout all phases of execution.

Emily Lay

Interior Designer

Emily has been in the professional interior design industry since before her college graduation in 2019. She has an abundance of experience in luxury residential and hospitality design, and the commercial world. She thrives in the creativity of the concept and schematic phases, customizing the story and space for each client. She is also a perfectionist in functionality and balance, providing true craftsmanship in every project.

Becky Murway

Director of Operations

Becky is responsible for day-to-day operations, developing and executing the company’s marketing strategy and driving growth in new and existing markets. Becky brings over 15 years of experience in Advertising, Marketing and Photography to Frame Architecture. She has a proven track record of delivering results for business growth, brand visibility, impactful visual solutions and exceptional client service. Becky has also won several awards for her photography, including 2 American Advertising Federation ADDY awards.
