June Lee, Project Manager

She’s inspired by the built environment and how spaces shape emotion and behavior, driving her to create thoughtful, meaningful places. June is especially proud of her community‑focused work with the Food Bank and the Children’s Cabinet, where design directly supports essential services.

She believes architecture thrives on diverse perspectives and encourages women to value the experiences they bring. Her superpower is consistency, staying focused and moving forward through any challenge. Architecture gives her a way to contribute to the community she now calls home, shaping environments where people live, work, and gather.

Her multicultural background sparked her curiosity about how culture and space influence one another, ultimately leading her into the field. She’s energized by innovations in sustainable materials, construction methods, and technology that will shape the future of design.

Emily Lay, Interior Designer

We’re thrilled to welcome Emily to our team as our new Interior Designer. Inspired by unique, funky, and vintage design, she pushes past the ordinary to create spaces full of fun, personality, and experience. She encourages women in the field to color outside the lines and fight for their ideas.

Emily brings unstoppable creative energy researching, imagining, and crafting concepts that tell a story. She believes spaces matter because they shape how we feel, play, and connect, fueling emotion and our inner child. Her love for design started early, rearranging her childhood bedroom with the same imagination she brings to her work today.

With professional experience across luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial design, she thrives in concept and schematic phases, customizing each space with intention, balance, and craftsmanship.

Bella Summerour, Architectural Technician

Her inspiration comes from the beauty of everyday life dew on morning grass, bird prints in fresh snow, and the people and environment that ground her. She designs not just buildings, but experiences shaped by nature, curiosity, and the talent around her.

Bella believes architecture is demanding, rewarding, and worth every challenge. She encourages women in the field to stand their ground, take initiative, and trust their worth. Confidence and voice matter, and she leads by example.

For her, architecture is about creating places that influence the senses of calm, focus, and care that leave a positive impact on the people she loves. Her path began with a passion for art and a fascination with how buildings are made, a curiosity that still drives her to analyze, question, and create.

What excites her most is the constant evolution of the field. Architecture never stands still, and she’s energized by the future solutions that will shape stronger, more thoughtful communities.

Paola Ramirez, Marketing/ Admin
