Project Architect

We are looking for a talented and passionate Project Architect to join our team and work on various building projects. The right person for this position wants to work together with other impassioned and dedicated people. We are moving into our new office in 2024; thus, this is a full time in office team. We believe it takes presence to build a culture of humanity, sustainability, and initiative. Personal and professional growth is encouraged as well as expected at Frame Architecture Inc and we are looking for a critical design thinker to join our team.

The Project Architect position is of high importance and comes with tremendous responsibilities. The successful candidate will need to have the skills and knowledge necessary to create a successful project for our client. Given the importance and responsibilities of this position, we are offering a $120,000 / year base salary. 

 

Qualifications:​

  • Must be a registered Architect in the state of Nevada or have NCARB reciprocity to obtain your Nevada license.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Architectural Project Manager with Commercial and Residential Project Experience. 

  • Accredited degree in Architecture Required.

  • Proficient in Revit. 

  • Proficient in rendering software such as Lumion.

  • Must be present in-office, this is not a remote position.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight:

  • Provide leadership and oversight for architectural projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Direct and coordinate project teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.


  • Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of support staff. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

  • Design Direction:

  • Work with Principal to follow the design direction for projects, ensuring designs align with client expectations, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.


  • Client and Contractor Collaboration:

  • Maintaining strong relationships with contractors and clients and understanding their needs, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.


  • Technical Expertise:

  • Bring a high level of technical expertise to the team.


  • Resource Management:

  • Effectively allocate resources to optimize project efficiency.

  • Quality Assurance:

  • Uphold rigorous quality assurance processes to guarantee that architectural deliverables meet or exceed established standards.

  • Regulatory Compliance:

  • Stay informed about local and national building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant compliance standards. Work with Principal to ensure that all architectural designs meet regulatory requirements.
