Architectural Studio Manager

We are looking for a talented and passionate Architect to join our team and work on various building projects. You will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs that meet our clients’ expectations and adhere to industry standards.
 

Qualifications:

  • Must be a registered Architect in the state of Nevada or have NCARB reciprocity to obtain your Nevada license.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Architectural Project Manager with Commercial and Residential Project Experience. 

  • Proficient in Revit. 

  • Proficient in rendering software such as Lumion.

  • Must be present in-office, this is not a remote position.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight:

  • Provide leadership and oversight for architectural projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Direct and coordinate project teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.


  • Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of project managers, designers, and support staff. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging professional development and continuous learning.


  • Design Direction:

  • Work with Principal to set the design direction for projects, guiding the team in creating innovative and aesthetically pleasing architectural solutions. Ensure designs align with client expectations, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.


  • Client and Contractor Collaboration:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors, maintaining strong relationships and understanding their needs. Collaborate with clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.


  • Technical Expertise:

  • Bring a high level of technical expertise to the team, provide guidance on complex design and technical challenges.


  • Resource Management:

  • Effectively allocate resources, including personnel and tools, to optimize project efficiency. Monitor workloads and redistribute tasks as needed to ensure balanced work distribution within the team.

  • Quality Assurance:

  • Uphold rigorous quality assurance processes to guarantee that architectural deliverables meet or exceed established standards.

  • Regulatory Compliance:

  • Stay informed about local and national building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant compliance standards. Ensure that all architectural designs meet regulatory requirements.


  • Conflict Resolution:

  • Address conflicts or issues within the team promptly and constructively. Assist in resolving disputes and promote a positive and collaborative work environment.


  • Continuous Improvement:

  • Lead initiatives for continuous process improvement within the architectural team. Identify areas for enhancement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

All prospective candidates are required to take a basic Revit Skills test as a part of their interview.

This test has a one hour time limit.
