SOUTH CAROLINA FAIRGROUNDS 

This master planning project for the South Carolina Fairgrounds established a long-term vision for a flexible, year-round event destination. Through stakeholder engagement, site analysis, and program development, the plan identified opportunities for arenas, event spaces, camping, vendor facilities, and supporting infrastructure while optimizing circulation and operations. The resulting master plan outlined phased improvements, future expansion opportunities, infrastructure considerations, and conceptual renderings to guide growth and maximize return on investment.
