Job Summary: 

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Architectural Project Coordinator with experience in commercial, multi-family and healthcare architecture. This role supports the successful delivery of complex projects by coordinating design documentation, managing communication between stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and healthcare-specific regulations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating spaces that are functional, safe, and inspiring. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and documentation across all phases of design and construction. 

  • Assist in the preparation and review of architectural drawings, specifications, and presentations. 

  • Facilitate communication between internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients. 

  • Track project progress, manage deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables. 

  • Support permitting and approval processes by preparing and submitting required documentation. 

  • Maintain project files, meeting notes, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. 

  • Monitor budgets and assist with cost tracking and reporting. 

  • Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations. 

  • Participate in site visits and construction meetings as needed. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Accredited Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design. 

  • 2–5 years of experience in architectural project coordination, with a focus on commercial and/or healthcare projects. 

  • Proficiency in architectural software such as Revit, Lumion, TwinMotion and Adobe Creative Suite is required. 

  • Familiarity with BIM workflows 

  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana). 

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. 

  • Knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and construction documentation. 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience working in an architectural or design firm. 

  • LEED accreditation or familiarity with sustainable design practices. 

Work Environment: 

  • On-site work environment to cultivate our company culture. 

  • Occasional travel to project sites and client meetings.
