Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Architectural Project Coordinator with experience in commercial, multi-family and healthcare architecture. This role supports the successful delivery of complex projects by coordinating design documentation, managing communication between stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and healthcare-specific regulations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating spaces that are functional, safe, and inspiring.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate project schedules, resources, and documentation across all phases of design and construction.

Assist in the preparation and review of architectural drawings, specifications, and presentations.

Facilitate communication between internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients.

Track project progress, manage deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.

Support permitting and approval processes by preparing and submitting required documentation.

Maintain project files, meeting notes, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

Monitor budgets and assist with cost tracking and reporting.

Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.

Participate in site visits and construction meetings as needed.
Qualifications:

Accredited Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

2–5 years of experience in architectural project coordination, with a focus on commercial and/or healthcare projects.

Proficiency in architectural software such as Revit, Lumion, TwinMotion and Adobe Creative Suite is required.

Familiarity with BIM workflows

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and construction documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in an architectural or design firm.

LEED accreditation or familiarity with sustainable design practices.
