We’re excited to welcome three new faces to the Frame Architecture Team!

Stephen Stumpf as Senior Architect

With 25 years of architectural experience. He has worked on numerous public and private projects across the United States; ranging from Maryland, Pennsylvania, Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, and Nevada. His architectural experience includes office buildings, K through 12 schools, Banks, Hotels, Apartments and high-end homes. His long list of successful projects is the result of achieving excellence in design, construction detailing, project management, and team leadership!

 Jake Henderson as Project Coordinator

With over nine years of multi-disciplinary work experience in both the public and private sectors with city planning agencies and architectural firms, Jake understands both sides of project development. Jake earned his Bachelor's of Urban Planning degree from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Architecture degree from Ohio State University. He is a detailed, design-oriented problem solver that is passionate and driven to provide quality drawings and high-end service for our clients. He strongly believes that collaborative design at every project phase coupled with well thought-out details will produce high-quality architecture. Jake and his wife recently brought their talents out west to pursue an active, outdoor lifestyle. You can find him, his wife, and their three dogs hiking around the beautiful Lake Tahoe Basin in the summer or hitting fresh powder at the many ski resorts in the winter.

Paola Ramirez as Marketing / Admin Assistant

Paola is a Marketing student at the University of Nevada, Reno with hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, and campaign development. She previously worked at a real estate agency and gained further experience through an internship and externship at local advertising agencies in Reno Her background reflects a strong blend of creativity, collaboration, and business insight. Beyond her professional role, Paola is actively involved in the community as a board member of Ad2 Reno, where she serves as Programs Chair, helping to organize and deliver events that connect early marketing professionals throughout Northern Nevada.
