Job Summary:

Are you a visionary Licensed Civil Engineer ready to lead, innovate, and collaborate? Join our dynamic architectural firm where design meets purpose. We’re seeking a highly detailed and driven professional to establish and lead our in-house civil engineering department, working side-by-side with our architects to deliver cohesive, creative, and buildable solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating spaces that are functional, safe, and inspiring.

Qualifications:

• Active PE license in Nevada (or ability to obtain quickly). 

• 5+ years of civil engineering experience, preferably in site development. 

• Strong understanding of interdisciplinary design and construction processes. 

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (or similar). 

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for collaboration and leadership. 

• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and documentation across all phases of design and construction. 

 

Key Responsibilities: ​

• Build and lead the civil engineering division from the ground up. 

• Make autonomous decisions on engineering strategies, tools, and workflows. 

• Collaborate with architects to create integrated site and building design solutions. 

• Oversee grading, drainage, utilities, and site development plans. 

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. 

• Represent the firm in client meetings, city reviews, and public presentations.
