THE ALLY
The Ally apartments began as an urban infill project on a long, linear lot. Zoning prohibited vehicular street access, and as a result the ground level covered parking lot is accessed from the north alley and exited from the east alley. We designed 14 one bedroom units on the two upper levels with covered parking on the ground level. Each unit has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, a balcony and living space with 10ft ceilings. Exterior finishes are stucco and reclaimed wood siding.
